This is at the top of the Canadian Falls The interesting thing about this is that the camera picked up the frozen chunks. We could not perceive them with our eyes at the time. I didn't realize they were there until I saw the picture today. The water is going very fast right here.

There really is a lot of water here. The mist makes it hard to see the whole falls but it was spectacular nonetheless.

cool pictures mom!
so, you didn't try to go over in a barrel? or on an ice chunk?
What were you doing in Niagra Falls? We lived just a few minutes away in Buffalo! Once, at the Canadian border, we were asked by the patrol, "Are you Mormons?" "Is it that obvious?" We were headed to the Toronto temple.
cool pics!
Very cool. That is like the hottest romantic getaway spot in the New English area. I'm so impressed with you empty-nesters.
new english?
There's Old English, Middle English, and New English, hosander. Everybody knows that.
I just was thinking about the falls this evening and even posted an amateur painting I did of some falls. Thanks for sharing those pictures. I used to live in Buffalo and went to Niagara Falls a few times. :-)
