Very nice neighbors to the west. Didn't meet the ones to the east though did see their dog poop on the lawn...

tis indeed. We love it. Love not having to go up and down stairs each time we venture out.
And another great feature: guest room. Sure, it doubles as a storage room for the boxes we decided to leave packed, but there is a bed and a table and a bathroom just across the hall. Come on down.

and a fine pool it is! Much like the one we get out for the grandkids at our house.
